We provide a variety of makeup services including bridal makeup, HD makeup, airbrush makeup, destination makeup, and more. We also offer trial sessions for clients.

2. How can I book an appointment?

You can book an appointment by filling out the contact form on our website, or by contacting us directly via email or phone. A 50% advance payment is required to block your appointment.

3. Do you offer trial makeup sessions?

Yes, we offer trial makeup sessions, which are charged separately. Please note that the trial fee is non-refundable and does not include full prep or finishing touches.

4. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via cash, credit/debit card, or bank transfer. The advance payment can be made online or through cash to block your event dates.

5. Can I reschedule my appointment?

Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 45 days before the original appointment. Any cancellation within 45 days will forfeit the deposit.

6. What should I do before my appointment?

Please ensure your skin is clean and free of makeup. Additionally, inform us of any allergies or skin sensitivities you may have before the appointment.

7. Do you provide makeup services for events outside of the city?

Yes, we offer destination makeup services. However, travel fees apply, and these will be confirmed after the location is confirmed.

8. What happens if I arrive late to my appointment?

We encourage clients to arrive on time to avoid delays. Late arrivals may result in reduced service time as it can affect subsequent bookings. If the delay is significant, a senior makeup artist may be required to complete your makeup.

9. Can I bring someone with me to the dressing room?

We ask that no more than one person apart from those receiving services be in the dressing room to avoid delays.

10. How do I cancel my appointment?

If you need to cancel, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made within 45 days of the scheduled appointment will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
