TERMS AND CONDITIONS

At Blush by Ritu, we aim to provide a seamless and professional experience. These terms outline our policies on bookings, payments, cancellations, and services. By booking with us, you agree to these guidelines. For any questions, feel free to contact us.

1. Booking and Payment

• A 50% advance payment of the net total is required to secure the event dates. The advance can be paid via online transaction or cash.

• A confirmation email will be sent to block the dates upon receipt of the advance.

• The full and final payment is due on the first day of the event, before the completion of services. The balance can be split according to the function schedule, with the final payment due before the event's last day.

• No form of credit will be provided or accepted.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Cancellations made within 45 days of the scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of the advance deposit.

• If the cancellation is made at least 45 days before the event date, 50% of the advance amount will be refundable.

• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 45 days before the original event date and are subject to availability.

3. Trial Makeup

• Trial sessions are available for an additional fee and can be credited towards your final booking amount.

• Trial makeup services do not include full prep or finishing touches as provided on the event day.

4. Service Inclusions and Additional Charges

• Services will be provided as per the inclusions listed in the Service List.

• Travel fees will apply for on-site services. Travel charges will be adjusted based on actual travel costs incurred after the location confirmation.

• Additional services such as hair changes, male grooming, extra events, or touch-ups must be informed in advance and will incur additional charges.

• Only individuals receiving services should be present in the dressing rooms to prevent delays.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Please disclose any allergies, sensitivities, or specific skin conditions before the appointment.

• Ensure your skin is clean and free of makeup for optimal application results.

• Confirm the date, time, and booking details, and acknowledge these Terms and Conditions via email.

6. Late Arrivals

• Punctuality is essential. Late arrivals may result in reduced service time, potentially impacting subsequent appointments.

• Extended delays may require the engagement of a senior makeup artist to ensure that all clients receive the highest level of service. We appreciate your cooperation.

7. Health and Safety

• We adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation standards. All tools and products are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before each use.

8. Liability

• We are not liable for any adverse reactions to products used during the service. Please inform us of any known allergies or sensitivities prior to the appointment.

• We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings of the client or others present during the event.

9. Outstation and Additional Charges

• For outstation services, conveyance, food, and accommodation costs are additional and not included in the invoice.

• A minimum of 4-star accommodation must be provided for outstation events, with travel by flight or an outstation cab rental from Jaipur, as applicable.

• Venues beyond a 20 km radius of the studio will be considered outstation, with additional charges applicable.

• Any additional services or accessories, such as hair extensions or accessories, will be charged based on actual usage.
